GET YOURSELF FIT , IN YOUR HOUSE

If it gives you laziness go to the gym or go out for practice sport , I give some ideas for get yourself fit without going of your house

IN THE BED 

Start the day with power practicing this exercises. Put the hands behind the neck , turn the legs , first with one leg and then with the other one , like this during 5 minutes.

WASHING YOUR THEETH 

When you are washing your teeth put one leg ahead the other and go slowly down , always with a straight the back . You must rest the knee on the floor and return in the inicial position. Repite the exercise 10 times every day and obtain a perfect legs .

WHILE YOU ARE CHATTING 

Have you ask to yourself if you can harden your buttocks on the sofa ? Yes , you can . And you can chatting with your friends when you are practicing . Take notes: lie facing up , squeeze your ass , turn your knees . Now straight one leg on the air and lift it ( you would notice that your buttock is stretched ) . And wait 30 seconds , then lift the other leg and do the same as the other one .



If you practice this exercises every day you would have a perfect health , but you don't will to obsession with the perfect body because it doesn't exist . You can raise the intensity , and you will always have to do the stretching after and before the exercise it's very important because if you don't do it can have shoe-laces .

BELIVE IN YOU , YOU CAN RAISE THE TOP
